Terms and Conditions – q769 Pakistan Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the q769 platform — whether through the website at q769.pro, the Android app, the iOS web app, or any other q769 interface — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use q769.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and q769 with respect to your use of the platform. They apply to all game categories including Sports Betting, Slots, Bingo and Fish Games, and to all account features including the PKR wallet, VIP programme, bonuses and responsible gaming tools.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended or closed, and any unverified withdrawals may be held pending verification.

Age Verification

If q769 has reason to believe that a player may be under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated during a period of suspected underage use will not be paid out. q769 takes underage gaming seriously and this policy will be applied without exception.

3. Account Rules

Each player may hold one account only. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery process rather than creating a new account. The following rules apply to all q769 accounts:

• You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential. q769 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to use your account — is not permitted and may result in suspension.

Minimum Deposit

Declined Transactions

If a deposit transaction is declined by your payment provider, no funds will be deducted from your q769 wallet. Contact your bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa directly if you believe a payment was charged but not credited, providing the transaction ID for investigation.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal method must match the payment method used for your most recent deposit, or be a method registered to your verified account.
• Bonus funds and any associated winnings remain subject to wagering requirements until those requirements are met. Only cleared real-money balances are eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of the app and website.

Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 48 hours on business days. VIP Gold, Platinum and Diamond members receive priority processing with faster turnaround times as detailed in the VIP Programme section. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest once approved. Bank Transfer withdrawals may take one to three additional business days depending on your bank.

Withdrawal Verification

q769 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where account activity has triggered an internal review. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required. Providing false documentation in connection with a withdrawal request will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of the balance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

q769 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) that must be played through before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The q769 Sports Betting section covers Cricket, Football, Esports and other markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on q769:

• Bets are accepted on the markets displayed in the betting section. Available markets, odds and bet types vary by event and are subject to change.
• Cricket markets include PSL matches, T20 internationals, Test series, Asia Cup and ICC events. In-play betting is available on selected live matches with odds updating in real time.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID has been issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• q769 reserves the right to void a bet in the event of an obvious pricing error, data feed failure, match abandonment, or if it is determined that a market was manipulated.
• For abandoned matches, q769 follows standard settlement rules based on the stage of play reached. These rules are detailed in the Betting Help section of the app.
• Maximum stake limits apply per selection and per event. These are displayed at the time of bet placement.

In-Play Betting

In-play bets are accepted subject to the current live odds at the time the bet is confirmed by q769's system. There may be a brief delay between the displayed odds and the confirmed odds due to the real-time nature of live markets. If odds change between your selection and confirmation, the bet may be accepted at the new odds or returned for re-selection depending on your account settings.

8. Slots, Bingo & Fish Games

These game categories operate using a random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. All results are independently generated and cannot be influenced by previous results, player actions outside of standard game mechanics, or q769 staff.

• Slots: Spin outcomes are determined by RNG. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are available in the game information panel. Demo mode is available for all slots and does not use real PKR.
• Bingo: Numbers are drawn randomly in each session. Tickets are purchased before the session begins. Winnings are automatically credited to your wallet when a winning pattern is completed.

10. Responsible Gaming

• Any form of money laundering, fraud or other financial crime in connection with your q769 account.
